Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, voted most beautiful place in America by Good Morning America. In the heart of it, lies the Crystal River Outfitters Recreational District. The District is made up of a mix of both recreation and retail businesses. One of these shops is the M22 Store & Wine Patio. Here we sell an iconic lifestyle clothing brand, plus wines that are all made from locally-grown grapes - a big part of the M22 lifestyle! Our Wine Patio also hosts live music three nights a week.

Essential Job Functions
- Our team is seeking individuals who possess excellent customer service and sales skills and as a result, have effective communication skills
- We are looking for people who are self-motivated and have the ability to effectively work with a team
- As a representative, we require that you work to determine the specific needs of each guest that enters the shop so that you can provide appropriate service and information
- Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude at all times
Physical Requirements
- Because of the nature of our business, candidates must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- You must also be willing to work outside in the elements including heat, sun and possible rain for long periods of time
- Many positions require the ability to lift equipment, boxes, etc. Therefore, we require candidates to be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Perform daily store maintenance duties including but not limited to sweeping, vacuuming, empty trash, cleaning, and the like.
Schedule
All shops with the District are open 7 days per week. Therefore, candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
